Liturgy of the Day...

Already we are bombarded with urgent reminders to get ready for Christmas.  But we gather here today to begin a different kind of preparation.  Over the next four weeks (and it’s a full four weeks this Advent), we will recall how Jesus comes to us.  He has come as an infant lying in a manger.  One day he will come like a thief in the night, as our judge at the end of time.  But today and every day he come to us as Emmanuel, “God with us.”  Amid all the Christmas planning and holiday shopping, let us welcome God’s most wonderful gift into our world, our homes and our hearts.

Our Parish Mission

We, the Spirit-filled community of St. Anne, seek to understand, accept, and live the Gospel message guided by Diocesan traditions and ideals.   As evangelizing people we strive to develop a closer personal relationship with God and one another through communal and personal prayer.
