Liturgy of the Day...

​Jesus knows that our lives are difficult. The mission he left for us is challenging. Additionally, we have dozens of day-to-day responsibilities and concerns. He’s just told his disciples that they must carry their crosses. But he also promises that he will be with us to carry our crosses when we are overwhelmed. Therefore, he is able to assure everyone who labors and is burdened that he will give them rest. His yoke is easy, and his burden light. Gathered here today, let us put our concerns and anxieties in the Lord’s hands and allow him to lift our burdens from our shoulders.
Our Parish Mission
We, the Spirit-filled community of St. Anne, seek to understand, accept, and live the Gospel message guided by Diocesan traditions and ideals. As evangelizing people we strive to develop a closer personal relationship with God and one another through communal and personal prayer.
