Liturgy of the Day...

​Today we hear the account of Jesus’ transfiguration, when the Lord suddenly shone like the sun in front of his closest disciples, knocking them to the ground in awe. On this second Sunday of Lent, we realize that we still have the opportunity to transform our lives, to become a different person, to shine like the sun and amaze those closest to us. May this celebration of the Eucharist strengthen us to transfigure our lives and make them more closely conform to our Lord’s.
Our Parish Mission
We, the Spirit-filled community of St. Anne, seek to understand, accept, and live the Gospel message guided by Diocesan traditions and ideals. As evangelizing people we strive to develop a closer personal relationship with God and one another through communal and personal prayer.
